The Timeart Foundation held the discussion panel "Women and Nature, Excuse the Redundancy" on the occasion of World Nature Day.

The event addressed critical issues facing wildlife on our planet, such as habitat loss, climate change, and species extinction.

The panel featured the participation of experts in the field, including Yvonne Arias, a distinguished Dominican biologist and conservationist, Pedro Genaro, photographer and naturalist, Ginny Heinsen, general manager of Sostenibilidad 3Rs, Margo Mora, photographer and veterinary doctor, and Mary Frances Attías, photographer and director of the Timeart Foundation.

The Timeart Foundation believes that educating future generations is crucial for fostering a sense of responsibility toward our environment. For this reason, within the framework of the discussion panel, the foundation also organized a recreational activity with children attending the event.

She reminded attendees that the exhibition "Naturarte: A Feminine Look at Our Natural Treasures" is available to visit.

This photographic exhibition aims to showcase the work of Dominican women photographers while alerting about the damage that climate change is causing to ecology. The works will be for sale through the Foundation, and the proceeds will be allocated to the Timeart Foundation's Scholarship Fund.

The exhibition will be open throughout the month of March, in the southern corridor of the plaza.
